Staff ask for leave of any length from the web, Mac or Windows. The free days come first; the rest is marked unpaid and needs 24 hours' notice.

Good to know.

Is screen activity a screen recording?

No. Clockade takes a still snapshot every five minutes while the timer runs. Only admins can see them, and nothing is taken during breaks or when the timer is paused.

Which computers does it work on?

There are apps for macOS and Windows and an extension for Chrome. Team time, leave, payroll and the rest are in the web dashboard, which works on any phone too.

What happens if someone walks away or loses Wi-Fi?

If there is no keyboard or mouse activity for a while, or the computer sleeps or locks, the timer pauses. Without internet the app keeps counting and syncs when the connection is back.

How do updates reach every laptop?

The apps update themselves with one button. Admins can mark a version as required, so an older app asks for the update before the timer starts.

Do we get our own address?

Yes. Every company gets its own workspace at yourname.clockade.com with its own people and settings.
